Xrouter™ from Telecom Design

Telecom Design, based in Gradignan, France offer a range of connectivity products based on what they call the Xtract™ concept—extractable modules. These modules can be plugged or unplugged to switch from one communication technology to another>

They offer a wireless router product called Xrouter™ aimed specifically at M2M applications, and using the Xtract™ concept means the unit can be easily configured to suit customers’ requirements.

The Xrouter™ is shipped with a built-in GSM/GPRS module and optionally additional Xtract™ plugs from a range of modules: RS232, RS485, USB, I2C/IO, Bluetooth, ZigBee, Ethernet/LAN, Wifi.
