M2M Data Corporation (M2M) and Beta Machinery Analysis (Beta) have announced a partnership to develop a breakthrough new multi-tiered machinery diagnostic and optimization service.

The new service is called Intelligent Machinery Analysis (iMA™) . It comprises three levels of services supplied as a combination of on-line, real-time, and subject matter expert consultation:

Level One – Automatic display of basic machine condition indicators (RED/YELLOW/GREEN) in M2M’s iSCADA® user interface, which M2M is releasing Q1, 2008.

Level Two – Includes Level One service plus additional analysis, assessment by machinery experts, and prioritized recommendations.

Level Three – Includes Levels One and Two services plus fleet management reports and queries, predictive maintenance, optimization recommendations, load curve generation, and consulting on performance, optimization, and reliability issues.
