Globalstar announced today that it has signed an agreement with AeroAstro to purchase AeroAstro's SENS (Sensor Enabled Notification System) Appliques that will be used to further expand Globalstar's Simplex data geographic coverage and grow its Simplex data customer capacity in Asia and Latin America.

AeroAstro will provide Globalstar with the asset tracking satellite downlink decoder racks, spares kits, and the necessary software upgrades needed to enhance the capability of those Globalstar satellite gateway ground stations not currently providing Simplex data coverage.
