CalAmp and Kyocera have announced a collaboration on a series M2M products that incorporate both CDMA and GSM technologies. CalAmp’s CDMA-based products will now integrate the new Kyocera 300 Module with an optimized design and similar physical footprint to match the GSM-based Siemens module. The alliance between Kyocera and Siemens (posted here yesterday) enables new CalAmp products that offer increased design flexibility and interchangeability between CDMA and GSM.
